About the numbers

Any staff member who has a device, mailbox or system login we support. Shared accounts count as one user; board members who only attend quarterly meetings don't.
No — licences are billed at cost with no markup. We manage them for you, rebalance quarterly, and invoice them separately so you can see exactly what you're paying Microsoft.
A one-off onboarding fee covers tooling rollout, documentation and the shadow-handover period. It's quoted against your environment — typically 1.5× one month's managed fee.
Managed Hybrid includes 24/7 support. Managed Remote is business-hours only; after-hours is billable at our standard engineer rate, pre-approved.
Up, any time. Down, at the next renewal. We won't drop you to a lower SLA mid-contract because it tends to end badly for everyone.
