What clients ask before signing

Yes. Your data remains in Australian backup locations which also ensures fast recovery times.
Yes — including all your emails as well as data in OneDrive and SharePoint sites. Microsoft does not back up your tenant content, we do.
Our team does. We monitor your daily backups and proactively remediate any issues found.
Immutable backups can't be encrypted by the attacker. We roll back to the last clean restore point — typically within an hour for critical workloads — while the endpoint team contains the intrusion in parallel.
Quarterly restore drills. We pick a workload, restore it to a staging target, and measure the actual RPO and RTO. You get the report. If we miss the SLA, that's visible too.
Three copies of data, on two different media, with one offsite. Yes — that's the baseline. Critical workloads add an immutable copy and an airgapped copy on top.
