Neither is universally right. Lift-and-shift wins when the clock is the biggest constraint. Refactor pays off on long-lived systems with clear bottlenecks. We'll give you the honest call per workload.
Common and often the right answer. We run hybrid Active Directory, ExpressRoute/Direct Connect, and hybrid file services for clients that can't move everything at once.
Resources pinned to Australian regions by default. For regulated workloads we add region locks, customer-managed keys, and data residency attestations in contract.
